The armor of Iron Man worn by Robert Downey Jr. is made of 450 pieces and weighs more than 40 kg.

JARVIS, the name of Tony Stark AI system in the Iron Man series, means “Just Another Rather Intelligent System”. And the image of Captain America which can be seen in the Marvel movies comes from the cover of the very first comics Captain America, released in 1941.

Actor Chris Evans refused several times the role of Captain America before finally accepting. However, Scarlett Johansson was so excited to play the role “Black Widow” in Avengers that she dyed her hair red before she officially signed the contract.

The popular director, Quentin Tarantino, had been considered to play the first Iron Man. Similarly, Canadian actress Rachel McAdams was chosen to play Pepper Potts in Iron Man, but she refused and returned the role to Gwyneth Paltrow.
